The rules for using biotama.com.tr and celurecosmetic.com: what the websites are for, what their content means, and who is responsible for what.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of biotama.com.tr and of celurecosmetic.com, the website of our Celure cosmetics brand, both operated by Biotama A.Ş. ("Biotama", "we"); "the website" in these terms means either of them. The websites present our contract-manufacturing, private-label and packaging services and our product ranges to business customers. We sell nothing on these websites and conclude no contracts through them.

2. Information on the website

The content of this website is general information about our company, capabilities and product range. Product, technical and regulatory information is not a binding offer and does not replace the specification agreed for an order. Certifications, capacities and figures describe our company at the time of writing and may change.

3. Quote requests

A quote request sent through the website (requests from celurecosmetic.com are sent with the quote form on biotama.com.tr) is an invitation to start a conversation, not an order. A quote we send you is non-binding unless it says otherwise. A contract arises only from a separate written agreement or a written order confirmation from us, under the terms stated there.

Please give accurate information in your request. If you give information about a company, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, graphics, logos, brand names and the design of this website belong to Biotama or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own information. Any other copying, reproduction, distribution or publication, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission. To protect our content, we use technical means to detect copies of this website on other domains (see the Privacy Policy, section 2.8).

5. Acceptable use

When using this website you must not:

  • collect its content automatically (scraping) or copy it into another website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access, test its security without our written permission, or disrupt its operation;
  • send unlawful, misleading or harmful content or files through the forms, or use the forms for advertising;
  • use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.

6. Availability

We take care that the website is available and correct, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that its content is complete and up to date at all times. We may change, interrupt or discontinue the website or parts of it.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law provides for liability. Otherwise we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the general information on this website or from its temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by contract under the applicable law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes with merchants within the meaning of Turkish law (tacir) or with public legal entities, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.

This does not restrict any mandatory rights that consumers have under the law of their habitual residence, including their right to sue at their place of residence.

11. Changes and language versions

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. These terms are available in Turkish, English and German, and the version in your language applies to you. For merchants, the Turkish version prevails if the versions differ.
