Cookie Policy

Every cookie and browser storage entry our two websites use, and why. Our visitor statistics work without cookies.

Last updated:

We review this policy periodically and whenever we add or remove a tool, an embed or a service provider.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, keep information on your device in the same way. This policy lists every one of them that biotama.com.tr and our Celure cosmetics website celurecosmetic.com use. Your browser keeps the entries of each website separately: an entry set on one of the two websites is not visible to the other, and a choice you make on one does not apply to the other.

In short

  • We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Visitors get at most two cookies, both on our own domains: a session cookie that remembers the language they chose and, only if our hosting provider's security check has to test the browser, a security cookie valid for one hour. The other cookies below are set only for administrators who sign in.
  • Our visitor statistics and Vercel Web Analytics work without cookies and store nothing on your device.
  • Google may set cookies only after you choose to load the map on our contact page.
  • Our quote list keeps the products you add to it in your browser's local storage, separately on each of our websites; it holds no personal data.

This website shows no cookie banner. Apart from the map, which loads only if you choose it, it sets no cookies that need your consent. Our visitor statistics use no cookies and store nothing on your device; they are based on our legitimate interest, honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and you can switch them off below. On your first visit a short notice only informs you about this policy and the Privacy Policy.

Visitor statistics without cookies

Our own visitor statistics and Vercel Web Analytics use no cookies and store nothing in your browser. Our measurement counts unique visitors per day with a keyed hash that is computed in memory and never stored. Neither system counts you if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or if you switch off counting below. Switching off applies only to the website on which you do it; on celurecosmetic.com, use "Privacy settings" in its page footer. Details are in sections 2.6 and 2.7 of our Privacy Policy.

Copy-detection image

Each page of our two websites loads a 1×1 pixel image from bg-static.vercel.app so that we can detect copies of our websites on other domains. It sets no cookie. What the request transmits is described in section 2.8 of our Privacy Policy.

Google Maps

The map on our contact page is not loaded until you click the button to load it, so Google receives nothing and sets no cookie before that. Your choice is remembered in your browser for up to 12 months; you can withdraw it at any time with "Hide map and forget my choice" next to the map, or by clearing this website's data in your browser.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies and stored data at any time in your browser settings, and block them for this website. Blocking the language cookie only means that the bare address may open in your browser's language; blocking the administrator cookies makes signing in to the administration area impossible.

An earlier version of this website stored a key named biotama-cookie-consent in your browser; it is no longer used and is deleted automatically on your next visit.
